Our advertising and consultation booking services are intended only for individuals located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. The intended audience for our advertising and booking process is adults, such as parents or legal guardians.

We provide tutoring services to the children of those adults after a parent or guardian has engaged our services. At that stage, and only with verified parental consent, we may collect limited personal information about the child (such as name, grade level, and academic needs) for the sole purpose of delivering tutoring services.

We do not solicit, collect, or store any personal data about minors through our online advertising or consultation booking forms. We comply with all applicable U.S. state and federal laws regarding children’s privacy, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor outside of the service agreement process, we will delete it promptly.
